What kind of blacklights do I use in my display cabinet?

I have used these blacklight strips in my cabinet for several years and they have not burned out despite being on 24/7. They are sticky and have held up great.

Others I have used don't last nearly as long.

The more of these you put in your cabinet, the brighter they will make your pieces glow.

I do recommend a black cabinet, or lining your cabinet with photographer's black backdrop cloth. It makes a huge difference.

DO NOT DISPLAY YOUR COLLECTION ON GLASS SHELVES. I have seen several horror stories of glass shelves breaking and destroying an entire collection.

The recommended strip lights I used in one of my cabinets. I only used two coils of them to get the bright glow.

This cabinet originally had glass shelves, and I cut new shelving from wood to keep my collection safe.
